The purpose of these Bulletins is to keep you better informed about what is going on in the club and to encourage you to feed in ideas and suggestions for improvements and to get more involved.

We would welcome more Committee members - 8 is the minimum and that’s all we have! And if you don’t want to be on the committee you could still help as we have a few jobs such as ‘Co-ordinating teams for events such as Devil’s Burdens, Hartley Relays, etc’ and ‘Collating the results from the championships and circulating’. Contact Graham if you can help

Gill Lopez has volunteered to take on the job of ordering and selling Club Kit – thanks Gill! - so see Gill if you need to buy any kit and she will be at Roger’s Garage with club kit after the monthly time trials.
Club Constitution – This is being updated as the minimum age for members is now 12 in line with Scottish Athletics. However we still encourage younger runners to come along to club nights with a responsible adult – its just they can’t join.
Club Awards – There was a lot of discussion about this at the AGM – what’s the criteria for ‘Athlete of the Year’? Should we introduce other awards such as ‘Most Improved’? etc… As a lot of you never made it to the AGM, we’d like to know what you think – suggestions please to Anne [email protected]
Loch Leven Half Marathon, Sat 13th May – Entry is now open on Entry Central and there are already 350 places taken so if you intend running you better get your place booked. HOWEVER – we need as many volunteers as we can muster to make the event a success so please get the date in your diary and Lynn will be in touch looking for volunteers.
Championship Races 2017 – The Road and Off-road race lists have now been confirmed and emailed out to all members. The Highland Perthshire Half Marathon on Sat 2nd Sept has been added – as an alternative to Barry Budden – or you can do both!
Summer Training Schedule – This has been finalised by the coaches and they’ve taken on board feedback about the 5 mile Time Trial. The schedule will be circulated very soon.
Membership Renewal – Your membership fees are now due for 2017 so make Andrew’s job easy and renew now at https://www.entrycentral.com/KRRMembership
