Loch Leven Half Marathon

The sell out Loch Leven Half Marathon is run annually in May around the scenic shores of Loch Leven in Kinross-shire. The race starts at the bottom of Kinross, runs on closed roads around Loch Leven and finishes at Kinross High School at the top of the town.
In 2023 the Loch Leven Half Marathon enabled Kinross Road Runners to make significant donations to charities in the local area including:

- £1000 to TRACKS (The Rural Access Committee for Kinross-shire) to improve local pathways in the area.
- £1000 to Kinross First Responders for the upkeep of defibrillators around Loch Leven.
- £500 to Orwell Church for the installation of a defibrillator.
- £200 to Loch Leven Parkrun for defibrillator part replacement.
- £500 to King George V Rugby Club for the installation of an access lift.
